APPALLING HOUSING ASSOCIATION
I'm sorry to say that I've had an EXTREMELY negative experience with this organisation, and I've decided to go public with this - so that they can potentially take complaints and customer service seriously going forward. I live in a building that is co managed. The Webber Street building is co-joined to the building on 140 Southwark Bridge Road in SE1 (London). I've owned my home for 11 years, since the building was built. I am a young black female professional, that is in a very lucky and privileged position to independently own a £850K home. I pay hefty service charges every month, that contribute towards the maintenance of the entire building, INCLUDING Webber that is managed by Gateway 24. I recently lost my keys and asked to the concierge to let me use the communal lift, that serves both part of the buildings. I'm sorry to say that I was racially profiled, and treated abusively and aggressively by the concierge on Gateway 24's (Webber Street) reception desk.
